If you are backing up your data:

Save this file in a safe place
If you ever lose your data, click the "Choose File" button to select the backup file you previously downloaded and then click "Restore"
If you are transferring your data to a new device:

Transfer this file to your new device
Visit this page on your new device, click the "Choose File" button to select the backup file from your old device, and then click "Restore"
